To bring the Lux brand to life in the digital space, across social media and engage our audience in conversations around the brand and products
The Idea
Lux had defined a brand proposition that revolved around the idea of giving women a million dollar feeling from using their products. We brought this concept to life through a multi-channel approach put both the Lux Facebook page and a global Lux website at the centre of the digital experience. The Lux social media presence featured daily beauty tips to keep consumers constantly engaged with fresh and relevant content as well as a range of Facebook campaigns for their key products. The global Lux website not only displayed their product collections, but a timeline of special Lux Moments throughout the brand’s history as well as Stars that had endorsed their products. Social sharing, video content on YouTube and phased PR releases on the Timeline further complimented the overall Lux digital presence.
The Results
In conjuction with traffic from the global website and multiple digital campaigns for their individual products (also created by us) the Lux Facebook has to date obtained over a 1.2 MILLION+ likes and continues to grow. . Furthermore, the work earned SapientNitro a retainer agreement with Lux for all their ongoing digital projects for 2013/2014
